(مقصوره) یا لنډه کی (الف) په عربي ژبه کي هغه ګرافیم يا توري ته ويل کېږي چي د کلمې په پای کي راځي او د پښتو ژبي د ديفتانګي (ی) په بڼه ليکل کېږي، دغه ډول یا په پښتو کي د کلمې په پای کي راځي او ټکي نه لري، خو په عربي کي بیا بل فونیم دئ، لکه معنی، مقتضی، منتهی، مجتبی، مرتضی، يحيی، مصطفی، عيسی، موسی، لیلی، محتوی، شوری، کبری، صغری، سفلی، مستثنی، عقبی، اقصی، فتوی او داسي نور.
د نړۍ د ټولو ژبو يو منل سوی او عام اصل دا دئ چي کله د يوې ژبي يو لغت بلي ژبي ته ورسي، نو د هغې ژبي د ګرامر تابع کېږي، د لغت مانا، د ليکلو بڼه، تلفظ، نحوي جوړښت او داسي نوري برخي چي په پښتو ژبه کي هم عربي مستعار لغتونه د ژبو له دې فطري قانون او اجتماعي تړون څخه جلا او مستثنا نه دي، مثلا (مکتب) او (برق) که څه هم عربي کلمات دي، خو اوس په عربي ژبه کي دا مانا نه لري، دغه ډول (وقت) او (بيع) هم عربي کلمې دي، خو موږ يې په پښتو کي (وخت) او (بيه) ليکو. (طالبان) په عربي ژبه کي تثنیه صيغه ده چي د دوو طالبانو مانا لري، خو موږ يې په پښتو کي د جمع په مانا استعمالوو، په انګرېزي ژبه کي بيا طالبان (ټالبان) تلفظ کېږي، زما هدف دا دئ چي بايد په پښتو کي مقصوره الف په ممدوده الف ياني /ā/ وليکل سي، لکه مانا، ليلا، محتوا، شورا، فتوا، عيسا، موسا، مصطفا، مرتضا، مجتبا... زه د دې بڼي د ليکلو لپاره دا دلايل لرم:
لومړی دلیل: بايد ګرافیمونه یا توري د مورفیمونو يا اوازونو تابع کړل سي، ياني څنګه چي ويل کېږي باید هغسي وليکل سي، څرنګه چي په پښتو ژبه کي مقصوره الف ديفتانګي يا ده، دلته يوه ستونزه دا ده چي ديفتانګي يا، ياني (ی) په پښتو کي بیخي بل مورفیم دئ، د عربي له مقصوره الف سره ځمکه او اسمان توپير لري. بل دا چي په پښتو ژبه کي مقصوره الف د ممدوده الف په ډول تلفظ کېږي لکه، ليلا، مانا، شورا، محتوا... نو لکه څنګه چي يې تلفظ کوو بايد هغسي يې وليکو، ځکه چي په دې ډول ليکلو سره يې په تلفظ او مانا کي هيڅ بدلون نه راځي. بله خبره دا ده چي که موږ وغواړو دا نومونه په قاموس يا بل کتاب کي مقصوره الف په فونيمکه الفبا وليکو، د مقصوره الف لپاره ګرافيم نه لرو، مجبوره يو چي په ممدوده الف، ياني په/ā/ يې وليکو، نو که په فونيميکه الفبا کي دا اجازه لرو چي مقصوره الف په ممدوده الف وليکو، په پښتو ليکدود کي ولي اجازه نه لرو؟ د ژبپوهني کوم منطق او کوم اصول مو مخه نيسي؟
دوهم دليل: که موږ وچ د عربي ژبي د ليکدود تقليد وکړو، نو په عربي ژبه کي مقصوره الف په ديفتانګي يا، ياني (ی) سره لیکل کېږي. په پښتو کي چي کله دغه (ی) د کلمې په پای کي راسي، نو معمولا نارينه نومونه وي، لکه (سړی، زمری، منګی، خټکی). په پښتو کي د عربي ژبي ټول مستعار کلمات مشهور نه دي، که په شعر کي يې سره قافیه کوو څنګه به يې ليکو؟ دا خبره سمه ده چي شاعر به يې په مانا سم پوهېږي، خو لوستونکی به يې څنګه تلفظ کوي؟ که په يوه بیت کي د (ژړا) او (مقتدی) کلمې سره هم قافيه سوي وي، (مقتدی) به څنګه تلفظ کوو؟ (مقتدا) په عربي ژبه کي مفعول دئ چي د پېشوا او لارښود مانا لري او (مقتدي) بیا فاعل دئ، يا په اصطلاح مقتدی هغه چا ته ويل کېږي چي د جماعت په لمانځه کي د ملا امام شا ته ولاړ وي. په عربي ليکدود کي (مقتدي) په څرګنده يا ليکل کېږي، خو په پښتو کي يې (مقتدی) بولي، که هره بڼه يې وليکو بيا يې هم له (ژړا) سره نه سو قافیه کولای، خو که مقصوره الف په ممدوده الف واړوو، ياني (مقتدا) وليکو له (ژړا) سره په اسانۍ قافيه کېدای سي او لوستل يې هم اسانه کېږي.
دريم دليل: په پښتو کي له دغه ډول مستعار عربي کلمو څخه اوس هم له ځينو کلمو څخه مقصوره الف ليري کړل سوی دئ، لکه (ليلا، شورا، مانا، محتوا، فتوا) او داسي نور، دلته وينو چي د مقصوره الف پر ځای د ممدوده الف استعمال هيڅ ټکر او التباس نه دئ پېښ کړی، له دې څخه ښکاري چي دا بهير مخکي لا پيل سوی دئ، نو چي دا بهير پيل سوی، ولي دا کار د يوې کُلي علمي قاعدې له مخي و نه کړو، ياني ولي د هر مقصوره الف پر ځای ممدوده الف و نه لیکو؟ کله چي د کلمې په تلفظ او مانا کي بدلون را نه سي ستونزه څه ده؟
څلورم دليل: ځيني خلک پر عربي لیکدود ډېر ټینګار کوي، په تېره بیا د ځينو پيغمبرانو (ع) نومونه لکه حضرت عیسی (ع) حضرت موسی (ع) او حضرت يحیی (ع) نومونه کټ مټ د عربي لیکدود په بڼه لیکل غواړي، خو ديني علما وايي چي قرآنکريم په شفاهي بڼه نازل سوی دئ، ليکدود د هغه وخت کاتبانو او ليکوالانو ورته جوړ کړی دئ، دوی وايي چي د قرانکريم لیکدود بيخي له دین سره تړلې موضوع نه ده، اصلا د قرانکریم د کلمو مانا او تلفظ مهم دئ. علما وايي چي د قرانکريم د وحي بڼه تر ډېره حده (القاحي) ده، نه (الواحي). که د حضرت عثمان (رض) د وختونو قرانکريم قلمي نسخې وګورو، نه ټول عرب ورباندي پوهېږي او نه د عجمو ټول ديني علما، له دې څخه ښکاري چي د نورو ژبو په څېر د عربي ژبي ليکدود هم د بدلون په حال کي دئ. قاریان صاحبان او ژبپوهان هم وایي چي د قرانکريم د ايتونو سم تلفظ مهم دئ، مثلا که (يحیی) وليکو او (یهیا) يې تلفظ کړو، مانا ته يې زيان رسېږي، که (مصطفی) وليکو او (مستپا) يې تلفظ کړو، بيا یې هم مانا سمه نه ده. دلته زما د بحث اصلي موضوع عربي ليکدود او د هغه ديني اړخ نه، بلکي په پښتو ليکدود کي (مقصوره الف دئ)، هيله ده دوستان په پښتو ژبه کي پر مقصوره الف بحث وکړي.
پنځم دلیل: (عيسی)، (موسی) او ځيني نور نومونه عربي نه، بلکي د عبراني او نورو ژبو ريښه لري، په قرآنکريم کي يې معربه بڼه ياده سوې ده. څرنګه چي قرانکريم په عربي ژبه نازل سوی، نو حضرت عيسی (ع) او دې ته ورته نور نومونه هم په معربه بڼه ياد سوي دي، که نه نو په نورو اسماني کتابونو کي په همدې بڼه نه دي ياد سوي او نه هم په نورو ژبو کي په دې نومونو يادېږي.
شپږم دليل: که عربي ليکدود تقدس درلودای او په اسلامي اعتقاداتو کي شامل وای، نو ترکان، هنديان، ماليزیايان، اندونيزيايان، امريکايان، چينايان، روسان او نور هغه مسلمانان چي ليکدود يې له لاتيني او نورو ليکدودونو څخه جوړ دئ، ايا هغوی هم (مقصوره الف) ليکي؟ دغه خلک څه دليل لري چي عربي ليکدود دي په اسلامي اعتقاداتو کي شامل کړل سي؟
اووم دليل: که داسي وګڼو چي د پيغمبرانو (ع) نومونه به نه بدلوو، کټ مټ به يې هغسي ليکو لکه په قرانکريم چي ليکل سوي دي، نو پوښتنه دا ده چي اوس خو موږ دا نومونه پر خپلو اولادونو هم ايښي دي، هغوی خو پيغمبران نه دي، دغه ډول عرب نژاده او عربي ژبي عیسايان هم سته، هغوی هم همدا نومونه لري، دغه ډول هغه مسلمانان چي لیکدود يې عربي نه دئ، لکه ترکان، هنديان، اندونيزيايان، ماليزیايان او نور مسلمانان، دوی په کوم دليل مکلف دي چي بايد خامخا د عربي ليکدود دا بڼه مراعت کړي؟
